Schedule of Payments

$100.00 per person is due at the time of registration. 25% of the balance is due January 11th, 2004. The remaining balance is due February 22th, 2004.

Payments are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is recommended to recover your cost in case of emergencies such as illness, deaths in family, termination of employment, weather conditions, etc.. Comprehensive travel insurance is available from a variety of sources, including www.TravelGuard.com.

Deposits may be made by Credit Card or Check using the previous web page. Subsequent payments should be made by check or money order made payable to "Music Contact International" and mailed to:
